This is the commission for the extremly patient ~x-3-R-R-0-R-x ! I am so relieved I finally finished this ;o; My second manip with lightning, but I think I pulled it off correctly this time! e.e
I am also very sorry everything is taking so long. I'm very slowly working on everything, but I'm in junior year now and we have so much homework Q.Q .... And I was terribly unproductive this summer... x_x Please don't hate me! D;
Well anyways, I really hope you all like it <3 And feel free to critique, so I may improve this -ahwell idk what to call it- <3
(This horsie, by the way, is called Azulee and one of the prettiest characters I've ever seen! ;o
